Addysen's first movie theatre experience!!

Daddy kept us safe during the scary parts of the movie.
Mommy told her everything is okay when it got really loud!

First movie she saw in a theatre was, "How To Tame Your Dragon"

Can you tell she was excited!?

Addysen named her Snow White!

sad, because it was time to go.

we told her to close her eyes while we brought out some presents for her.

She got many nice gifts from everybody!
Mommy and Daddy's big gift was a swing set.

New princess jammies!

Addysen got new cowboy boots from Aunt Mary and Uncle Nate! I think they were a hit!

All the kids playing with Addysen's new toys!

Aaron's Birthday!

For Daddy's birthday, Addysen and I decided to take Aaron out for a nice steak supper and then we baked him a cake! Addysen was so proud of herself. We decorated it in green and yellow (daddy's favorite colors). Addysen was in charge of the decorations. So she drew a tractor on the cake for daddy. He loved it! Addysen also made him a birthday card (unfortunately I did not get a picture of it) She colored a picture on the inside and had me draw on the outside... I asked her what she thought the front should say and here is what she wanted. "Babies" "Cows" "Rocko." Then she told me to draw some pictures... Aunt Mary, her baby in a stroller, Uncle Nate and herself standing next to Uncle Nate.
Now I think that clearly states, Happy Birthday! Don't you?

Addysen's dreams have come true...
She's getting a baby sister!

Doug & Dana's Wedding

Last weekend, we attended Dana and Doug's wedding reception. We had a great time, especially Addysen. She had been talking about going to the "PARTY" all week. Of course I forgot I had my camera, so I didn't get many pictures. Addysen held on through the entire reception. She was so tired, and I kept asking her if she wanted to go, but each time she turned me down. Even if she wasn't dancing, she was watching all the fun! (and even picked up a new move!) The best part of the night was when we were walking to the car, she looked up at us and said, "Mama, Daddy, thanks for taking me to the party." --- she know how to melt my heart!
Addysen and Jenn dancing the night away!
*A BIG THANK YOU to Jenn for dancing with Addysen all night-I think you've got a bud!*

Addysen finally giving Daddy the dance he asked for.

Wiped out from all that dancing!

MS Carnivale - 2010

It was another great year that the MS Carnival Fundraiser. We had more friends join us this year! We had such a good time and it was great to see everyone! We mingled, ate, drank, had our palms read and our faces painted while raising money for a good cause. Brandon is actively involved in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and had a big part in planning this wonderful evening. We are so proud of him and all the hard work and effort he puts into supporting this cause. As many of you know, this is a cause near and dear to our hearts in many ways. Unfortunately we know many people who are dealing with this horrible disease. We strive to do all we can to help raise money to someday fine a cure.

Johnson Christmas

This year we had the Johnson Christmas at Dirk and Niki's house. Niki did a wonderful job preparing everything. We all had a good time and it was fun to be with the whole family again and watch all the kids play together.

The winners of the ugly Christmas sweater contest and their awesome prizes!
Caleb won hot dogs, Lucas won an 8x10 picture of Emily and Erin won a pretty leopard print sweatshirt.
Time for supper!

Addysen really enjoyed playing in Lexi's room.

What a good looking bunch!
opening presents.

Believe it or not, this is the best picture I got of ALL the kids together. They are all there, you can barely see Baby Evan's head behind Ben.
Now there is a happy, festive couple!

Look at that sweatshirt!

WEIRD?
Doesn't seem weird to me - just my family!
