1st time swimming in the cove

Once we got there, we had some lunch. We had the famous Oak Run food mart, ham salad sandwiches and Doritos! Very Nutritious! Then it was time to get in. The water was a little cold. So she would jump into Daddy, and the turn around and say, "Mommy, Mommy, up peas, up peas!" Then she would want to jump back in once she got on the boat. We did this for quite a while. She never did get in and stay in. Hopefully next time.

After all the excitement of swimming off the back of the boat... She was out!

Lisa's visit home

Lisa came home for a visit last week and we got to hang out with her twice! Once night we went over to her parents house for supper. Addysen put on quite the show. She was a complete goof. She got a little slap happy and crossed the line. So Lisa and Lois got to see Addysen in time out:( I know it is shocking to most of you, but my child is not perfect. We are working on it though! Then we also got to have a cookout with Lisa at Lindsay and Jared's house. (thanks for doing that guys! - supper was AWESOME!) It was good to see Lisa and catch up. Maybe with Addysen's cuteness we can convince her to move home:)! -- Just Kidding. We just miss ya Lisa!

House Update...

Potty Time

We are just starting to introduce Addysen to the potty. She has gone in the potty 4 times now! She is not consistent, but she knows what to do. This was just a funny picture I took of her on the potty one night after swimming. It was going to be a funnier picture because she was siting there reading a book. As soon as grabbed the camera, she of course dropped the book. Oh well, still cute!

House update

Here are a few pictures of our house during construction. It is farther a long now, but I don't have those pictures yet. Now we actually have full roof with shingles!!

Sorry, about the delay on my blog entries. Aaron, Addysen and I are now living at my mom's house until ours gets built. And until now my mom has had dial up internet service. She has officially moved into this century and now has DSL - so I can once again update my blog. These pictures are from a trip to Chicago in early July with the Lott's. We had a great time. We went to he zoo, the aquarium and to the rain forest cafe. It was a nice short vacation with the kiddos!
