Halloween!!

Our Halloween festivities started in the afternoon at school.  Ainsley and I both went to Addysen's class to help out with the class party.

We found Pepe at the school costume parade.

after school, we stopped by to see Grandma K at the bank.

Once we got home from school, we just had a little bit of time to relax and take some picture before we started trick-or-treating.

Carving Pumpkins

This year Daddy was very busy in the field, so the girls and I conquered the pumpkin carving on our own. And I think they turned out perfect!!!

Ainsley decided to just paint her pumpkin
Addysen loves to pull the guts out of the pumpkin, so she carved & painted.
freak!
what a mess!
first night we put the pumpkins out, it was pretty cold.
next night, the girls were warmer and able to turn on their charm:)

Addysen's first tumbling meet

Addysen is my little tumbler & I love it!  This is our thing that we do together and it is just so fun. Addysen and Daddy have farming and Addysen and I have tumbling. She is having a blast and I am just reliving my glory days.  She started power tumbling this year and it totally loving it!  Her first meet was in Woodhull and she did great.
Ready to compete... I'm so excited and nervous for her.
Competition is over, we're relaxed and she is ready for the results!!
The one and only time you will see Aaron at a tumbling meet.  He loves his Addysen, but does not have the patience for this...

Author night

ROWVA Elementary hosted the children's author, Aaron Reynolds. He has wrote several children's book that were a big hit with the kids. Aaron was a good speaker and entertained the audience and kept everyone's attention.  At the end, they gave away prizes that included signed copies of this books and Addysen won one.  She was so excited!!
